Jayne’s Burrito Pie, as posted in the forum! We had this for dinner last night. I served it on a bed of lettuce with some cherry tomatoes and sour cream on the side. The only thing I did different from the recipe as posted in the forum was that instead of using refried beans, I used seasoned pinto beans. (I also didn’t use any black olives because we’re not big on those.) It was wonderful! Definitely a new favorite.
