Tonight, my DS#2 brought in an egg he found in the middle of the yard. We are assuming it's a goose egg. Momma Duck is still setting on her nest of 30+ eggs, and this one was pretty big.

I'm thrilled!!! I had no idea the geese started laying. Now, to figure out how to get them to build, and lay, in a nest.

How exciting Gizmo! Me and my sister had ducks when we were kids I had a female and my siter had the male, She laid 34 eggs and 32 of them hatched. There were ducks everywhere. They were so cute. Be sure to post pics when they hatch!
