I'm having coffee, that's it because I ate too much last night. I had 2 cupcakes while I was making 2 dozen for DD school today and a terrific applecrisp after dinner!!! Oh a barn would be totally picture perfect! Plus much warmer to stand inside to feed the animals!

I'm going back to healthy this morning - or I'm going to look like a snowball with tiny arms and legs by Christmas.  I don't think I need to resemble an ornament…so, a boiled egg and English muffin for me.

My husband made me breakfast this morning.  Traditional - egg, bacon, English muffin - so good when someone cooks for you!

Cranberry pork roast sandwich on Grandmother Bread! That was not only excellent for dinner, it makes great sandwiches, too!  It is a really pretty dish, too.  It just looked beautiful when I took it out of the crockpot.  I'm going to post pictures on my blog tomorrow.

I made scrambled eggs and toast but my husband was sick of “my” jam and requested cheap grocery store apricot jelly.  I was miffed.  And a pot of coffee.  I am thinking about twinkies now though.

I had half of a leftover Griff's cheeseburger, from yesterday. LOL

I made my stuffing/dressing this am…and baked a small pan, for our lunch…WOW< it was my best yet. The rest, I put in a large pan, in the fridge and will bake Thanksgiving am. I am trying to get ahead of myself this year, as I did too much last year, at one time. I will make my pie crust tomorrow and roll that out Wed. and make my Pumpkin pies on Wed. too.

Today was pretty atypical for me. I usually I just order a BLT from Tudors, when the guys from work do a morning run over there.

But today was a little different as I'm sporting a nasty cold, so I decided to stay home and take a rest from work for today. Which means I got to cook myself breakfast, hooray!

So I'm having shitake mushrooms, steamer veggies (corn, asparagus and carrots), and rice vermicelli sauteed in coconut milk. Sorta odd for a breakfast, but it's just what I felt like. :snoopy:
