1. Sushi. Sushi. Sushi.  - Any combination, cooked, raw, I'm your girl. It's a RULE. The only major exceptions to this rule are Eel and Puffer fish.

2. Tomatoes & Helman's Mayonaise + Salt.: Yes, I know it sounds odd, but when I was little my Memaw (great-grandmother) used to slice up fresh tomatoes, dab a bit of mayo (-always- Helman's she didn't use anything else), a dash of salt and eat them like this… and well I never out grew the taste. I love, love, love it.

3. My mother's Lemon Ice Box Pie .

4. Greens of any type (particularly ones made by my Granny), vinegar and cornbread.

5. Hummus, olive oil & pita bread.

6. Cheese- Particularly goat and feta.

7. Homemade Sourdough Bread

8. Thanksgiving Basics: Turkey & dressing, jellied cranberry sauce, gravy, sweet potatoes, etc.

9. Fresh spring mix salad laced with fresh dill and cilantro.

10. Chicken & Dumplings.
