Did you know that three Tablespoon's of Cocoa and 1 tablespoon of oil are the equivalent to one square of unsweetened baking chocolate?
So, if you know of other exchanges, list them here! It helps, in case you are out of the "real thing".

Did you know you can use plain yogurt to sub for sour cream??? I use plain yogurt, to replace sour cream on my baked potatoes if I am out of sour cream, and I use it in my bean burritos, if I am out of it…and I use it for dips – replace the sour cream in dip recipes with yogurt!!! Anything!

Cool site Cindy!
I watched them make homemade chili powder on Food Network last night and it was very similar to the recipe on this site.
Don't forget to remove the seeds from the dried chili peppers though, depending on the amount of heat you want.

Oh, I will be using the chili seasoning recipe! They have a taco seasoning recipe too, and I may have to try that. Great site!
