I finally got good light in the sewing room, and have started playing with the embroidery machine.  Since I have such a love of butterflies, I have done quite a few.  Now I plan to start on some crazy quilt squares, using the machine.  What fun, if only I didn't have to work.

Don't cry because it's over—smile because it happened!

I am still painting. I just finished this one yesterday:

I have put the four I have on EBay today, this one, the hen, the elephant and another landscape. (I painted the elephant a second time. )

WOW!  You are so speedy Sheryl! that has a wonderful feel to it do you name them?

I picked up my knitting for a little while, hehe, it's been so long that I look like a monkey trying to knit now too!  This is the first I've touched it since my dad's last hospital stay so my fingers need to learn all over again.

I crocheted a pair of slippers today!!!  Start to finish…….done!!!  I am so proud of myself!  This is the first thing in a long time (besides dish cloths) that I have finished crocheting!!!  I made them up as I went, measuring my foot as I went…with a simple single crochet.

Now little miss Caitlin NEEDS a pair!

You worn out your Christmas slippers already?LaughLaugh

I finally finished the top of a quilt today, hand applique it was a bom from Bunny Hill design.

I didn't care for her December block so I changed that a bit.

Now I have to finish it, but I will tie it, I don't think quilting will do this quilt justice..(ok ok and it is easy tooWink)

Pictures are on my blog.

I love the gingerbread basket with the little Chritstmas tree quilt. Is there a place on your blog to click for English translation?

Leah, her translate button is over on the right toward the top and it is a rectangle with the word "Translate" in it.  She hasn't always had it, but it is working now.
