For those of you who want to learn to spin, or spin and want a way to do some recycling of sweaters with some bling……….  (I wish I had a spinning wheel…..this would be a very cool way to make unique yarns on the cheap!)

Last week I mentioned that I was working on sewing a round tablecloth for the side table by the reading chair in our master bedroom and today I got the how-to instructions posted.

Speaking of Christmas baskets and gift projects…

This would be a wonderful gift for someone homebound, or who spends a lot of time in or near a bed.   It's a caddy to hang from the side of a bed.  Looks like it can be personalized for the needs of the person getting the gift.

For all of you fabric lovers out there.  I think these collages are just wonderful, and a great way to use up scraps.

Homemade Swiffer Mop Pattern!  I'm going to use this pattern made out of microfiber dish towels I found at Family Dollar for cheap for the broom part, doing away with those throw away cloths.  I had bought a ton of those at Sam's more than a year ago, those are about used up now, so I need something non disposable.

Amy Butler Paper ! Free Patterns with Paper Crafts Hints & Tips

Just made the desktop note card. I decorated it with a big flower with a circle in the middle and my initial. These would make great place setting cards! Easy too.

Thanks Cindy. I use a microfiber mop that a friend gave me but new cloths for it would be great. I had never even thought about making them.

Look at these cute "stamped" tea lights!  It starts at this site, she told how she used what she had to make it work, no special supplies needed!

Oooh, that's a neat site! I like that it's the easy level and shows you how to do it (I'm a little rusty). When I get done with C'mas Cards and C'mas I'm crocheting again, have been saving patterns I like from FaveCrafts too.

Anyone needing/wanting to make a wreath, here are a bunch of interesting ideas.  Yes, many are Christmas themed, but the techniques could be used for any season or holiday.
