There was a knock on my door this morning and low and behold it was Santa! This huge box filled with the greatest crafts of the year! I promised Jane I would get them on line for all to see, so here they are!
Just what everyone was asking for!!! Jane's Globe Angels are just the cutest ever!

And a back view too.

These little note pad holders are so cool. Made from plastic placemats. Could be made from cloth ones too I guess, but the variety of designs and colors is great. These will go great in our church bizarre in Nov. to benefit the youth group. So easy, just fold up one side about 1/3 of the way and stitch on the sewing machine whatever size compartments you need. then one side folds over and then the other side. It is fastened with a little round stick on velcro piece. The possibilities are endless. One for my sisters (and me) for grocery lists, with a place for coupons, checkbook & credit cards, pens, thin little calculator, and list. I am going to make one for my mom with a calander and a verity of greeting cards, especially birthday. Like I said endless!

This is a very nice reusable gift bag. Could be made any size you need, This one is fall fabric, the ribbon is sewn on the back in one little stitch so you dont loose it when you put it away for reuse. I am making some for christmas for sure. and I think some to sell in my antique booth.

Cute little purse made from a side half pair of jeans. Very simple! The strap is the seam that goes down the inside of the legs! Just trim it as close as you can and sew it on, also has a velcro closure and fuzzy leopard fringe for decoration. Would be cute with rinestones along the seams for a little bling. Girls do like their bling! And the towel/potholder for the oven door, I love those. My sister in law gave me 2 for Christmas several years ago and I always have one hanging in my kitchen. I just hate it when my towels that I just got out, “walk away”. These stay put!

Thank you Jane for some wonderful fun and practical holiday ideas!

Is there ANYTHING you women cannot do???? You all remind me of my relative we called “Happy” in Abilene Texas. She sewed those house dresses, and made fruit out of paper mache, and gorgeous daisy crocheted afghans and every other kind…she sold all of this out of her little house. She always had a freezer full of goodies, like MINT chocolate chip cookies.
She even made trash cans out of styrofoam egg containers - like pink, blue and would tie them around the trash can with yarn bows or something…but this was her livelihood.

GEorgia - yes you can use the fabric sac for anything - i used it for the kleenex boxes and i folded down the top of the fabric and let the kleenex come out. Great gift for nursing home, assisted living wher space is small too - and the angel is a good idea to.
Belladonna - I grew up in Abilene. I lived there until 78. Dont know if I know your Happy person or not.
I just love sharing ideas!!

Jane — those are so creative and amazing!! I have those exact globes from a chandy I took apart for candles!! I've been waiting for something to do with the globes!! Thanks for the idea! I'm a junker at heart — I repurpose, reclaim, reuse, recyle whatever I can get my hands on — found a great site for those type of ideas…….. http://www.junkmarketstyle.com Everyone should check it out — there are so many amazing things people can do with what they have (or can get for free!) to make a totally new purpose.
