I finally found Leahs phone number and talked with her just now. She said she and baby Brooke are just fine. Brooke had her surgery and all went well. She misses everyone and hopes to get back soon. Her computer crashed and hasnt had access.

She said to tell everyone Hello!Wave

I love sewing and have plenty of material witnesses to prove it.

I hung them yesterday about 730 pm and went out this morning. Yes I have fast birds. Especially those that make those dirt daubber nests, I can knock them down and they are completely back in a matter of hours. Wish I could build something that fast.

Maybe you could hire them — wonder what they get per hour…

One weekend when we were camping, some birds tried to build a nest in the van's radiator space.  We tried to discourage them, moved the van several times, but they kept coming back.  We had to destroy all their work so we could go home.  They were such determined little things.

Don’t cry because it’s over—smile because it happened!

I just updated the Community Cookbook with all the latest recipes.  Man, that Kool-Aid cheesecake is really calling me, LOL.  I was just thinking, when we have our CITR party on the farm this fall–it's a bring a covered dish thing–I'm gonna tell everybody they Have to bring a dish from a Community Cookbook recipe.  Wouldn't that be fun?!  Then we'd get to try lots of stuff and know where to find the recipe!

Clover made me do it.

And what an opportunity to take some good photos of the finished recipe to include on the recipe page in the cookbook.  That will save Suzanne so much time making all 300+ recipes so she can take those photos.  Although I'm sure the family wouldn't mind…

I should not have sat down…I should have stood and looked at the computer…sitting was the worst idea I've had yet.  (I don't want to get up.)

Maybe a 10 minute nap…
