I have a blog about my quilting, but it's been mostly about my farm (and animals) lately.

I  just started a blog this week , but it is still in the pecking at the egg stage and not quite ready to receive visitors .

I also need to find or recharge batteries for my camera , so that my blog will be more appealing .

I enjoy visiting my beloved W.Va. through your blog .

Your photographs are so vivid that sometimes I can smell the morning dew, as the sun peeks over the edge of the hills .

I know the sound the cicadas croon in the hot summers sun off the edge of your porch .

I ran through the dark , many long summers ago , and caught the cousins of the lightning bugs that grace your yard .

So thank you for your Chickens in the Road , it takes me down old familiar country roads and leads me home.

Love your photos of WV. My mom, sister and i lived in Clifton Forge,VA during

my fifth grade school year. Learned to love the mountains and snow. We

ventured over to WV looking for “possiblilites” to do arrangements with..and

just explore. My blog is mostly walks in my yard on our 2 1/2 acres here in

southern FL. http://ladyundertheoaks.blogspot.com/ and the companion

blog of my creating stuff!  Love your recipes and have really enjoyed them:

my husband says we are making him fat!…but i told him we took out the

calories!

My blog is not West Virginian, or farmy.  It's just a blog of my days here in Florida, mixed in with a little ranting about my job, some photography of my area, my obsession with football, and my crafts and geneology.  It's not fancy or interesting, just like me!

I've got a blog that I use to put my trials and errors of cooking and just trying to be a “country” girl. That I am at heart if not in residing. I love competing in the county and state fairs and just reading other girls.  Thanks for the forum, I love it.  Cool   http://www.ourworld.wordpress.com

I have one that I promise that I am going to keep up with as soon as the harvest is over.  Last year I was doing the craft fair circuit and didn't keep up.  But it is there…  http://www.fouracrefarmgirl.blogspot.com

Its about the farm and stuff.  I'm glad Suzanne asked this question, though.  Looks like I'm going to have some reading to do on the rainy days or winter evenings.  thanks.

I blog - a little…  Not as much as I would like, but…  Right now, it's mostly pictures of my flowers, and my dog.  As we start to build our home and make our move, I'm sure it'll come along.

Hello, I'm Lee, known as Remudamom or just RM.  I have a blog about my horses, other things occasionally creep in.

We live in the midwest on a cattle ranch, no town jobs, cattle is all we do.  I stay home and work the horses, homeschool the four that are still at home (16th year now) and spend way too much time on the computer.

Five kids, married 30 yrs, 14 horses, a handful of chickens, dogs, cats.

http://www.xanga.com/remudamom

“Remuda” is a Spanish word for “group of horses from which to pick a mount”.

I have a blog at http://maplecorners.blogspot.com.  I write about life on 10 acres in Minnesota that I share with chickens, dogs, cats, llamas, alpacas, and my Mom, who has moderate/severe Alzheimer's.  Spinning, knitting, felting, gardening, and caregiving are the usual topics.

I hope I qualify - does log cabin living in the woods count??? And I have to put a disclaimer that its part-time for now but hoping to live there full time soon.  My blog is http://www.logcabininmichigan.blogspot.com and documents the construction of our log cabin, wildlife and our activities as we try to become “more handy and self-sufficient people.”

Last fall I discovered “blogs” and have been reading yours almost everyday.  You make me laugh and look at the brighter side of life.  About the same time I started doing research on a home “kitchen garden” and I started blogging about it and our homelife in April 2008.  Please check out “Outa The Blue” and enjoy.  http://kitchgarden.blogspot.com/

I have a blog called Hen House Diaries.  http://henhousediaries.blogspot.com  It started out as a blog about raising chickens, but it's turned into more of a blog about me wanting to have a farm and be as self sustaining as possible.

A year ago I didn't even know what a blog was and now I'm hooked. My blog is called Life Beyond the Sidewalks. I chose this from my favorite magazine as a kid, Countryside. What teenager do you know that reads homesteading magazines? Now many years later I still subscribe to it. I blog about life on a mini farm in Western Washington. I write, mainly, about my animals which includes 8 Nigerian Dwarf Goats, two llamas, two pot-bellied pigs, 12 chickens, two barn cats and four dogs. I like funny so try to keep it funny although I admit I have an occasional rant. My animals always give me a lot of content for my blog and hey, life is funny.

Come visit me and my glorified petting zoo.

I recently started a country living blog of my own.  Subjects to expect: sheep, goats, ducks, chickens, dogs, cats, rabbits, horses, ponies, gardens, cooking, canning, kids, woodworking, farm chores, and who knows what else…  What fun!

I started a blog about my enjoyment of raising chickens.  I spend more time than I ought to on it because I enjoy reading and writing about chickens and backyard birding.  Here's a link to it Fowl Visions.

Yep, I've got one. Everything you might sit on the front porch and tell your neighbors about. The never ending chicken saga seems to be the most popular…
