In another topic, I saw someone posting about http://www.etsy.com, and thought it might be a cool idea to start a thread where we can all share the wonderful places we have found on the web that sell handmade goodies.

So I'll start with some of my favorites!

 1. http://www.etsy.com - I love this site. It has hundreds and thousands of handmade items you can buy. From soap, jewelry, toys, you name it and they probably have it.

2. http://blackphoenixalchemylab.com - 100's of Hand-blended perfume oils with a variety of themes… (from Alice in Wonderland to geographical locations.) Once you try these you'll never want an alcohol based perfume again.

3.  http://www.possets.com - Another wonderful company that sells hand-blended oils.

I'm looking forward to seeing more of these!  Especially if any of you guys have Etsy shops of your own!

Hi All!

I have to put the kudos out there for Etsy!  It is truly an excellent venue for handmade art.

I have my Etsy store:

Silentgoddess on Etsy

I sell mixed metal jewelry.  I work mostly in copper and sterling silver but every once in a while mix it up a bit and toss in some gold too.

Anyone looking to sell their art or craft really should take a look at Etsy.  It has been really good to me for the last two years not only as a seller but as a buyer too ;)

I have an Etsy shop, although I don't have anything listed there right now.  http://maplecorners.etsy.com.   I hope to change that soon.

I also have my own website, where I have a few things up right now.  http://maplecorners.com.  I make felted items,  handspun yarn, rovings and batts from my fiber herd of alpacas.  I am also coming out with some photo notecards in the near future.

Thanks, Suzanne, for helping us get the word out for handmade goods!

More handmade goodies!

Arcana Soaps  ( they currently do not sell to the public, but their site has links of online places and local places to buy their products from), I chose to order mine from the online store The Soap Box Company, and they got here today!  …and just WOW. I wish they had a way to share smells on the internet, because everything smells lovely!!!

The 5 bars that I got from Arcana were:

Compline, Inari, Tommelise, Festival Floozy & Queen Crossbones

I definitely see more soap from these guys in my future! Muwhahaha.

Another excellent company that I've ordered from before and really enjoyed was: The Silk Road Trading Company. Their bar called Singapore is one of my favorites, but I've been eyeing up the Chai Wallah they have too! Wink

Ahhh retail therapy!

I  have an Etsy shop.  I sell handmade fine silver jewelry.  I use a mix of precious and semi-precious stones and my own handmade glass cabochons.  My “shop” is

http://www.maisonettesuzette.etsy.com

I've thought of selling other things I do…but think it might not be a good idea to mix other kinds of items with my jewelry.  Does anybody else sell totally different kinds of things?

Wow! Went to the Soap Box Company….great soaps. I also have a passion for triple milled french soaps. They lather really well and since they are triple milled, they last quite a long time.

There is nothing quire as lux as a hot bath and a new bar of creamy, sudsy soap!

Wow Suzette, your jewelry is totally beautiful and very artistic!!!

I do so many crafts I cant really do just one thing at a time.

My favorite are quilting and oil painting.  But I have just about done every craft (except knitting) known to woman kind.  Right now I am in to making lotions, lip balms and bath products.  I think I will check into etsy and see about the fees and such.  I really could use the money to support my excessive habit of hording fabrics!

I adore Etsy as well, I am contemplating selling there, but I am a mainstay on Ebay

at Cranberry-Creek-Hollow, and working full time doesn't leave me much time.

I do buy tons on Etsy tho! Every single Seller is just the sweetest and so personable.

I am tring my hand at penny rugs right now, they are just adorable!

I must be the cardmaker and papercrafter of the group.  Some would call me a scrapbooker, but I can't say that because I rarely make scrapbook pages.  Mostly cards, altered journals and mini books, but my husband says that if anything stands still long enough, I'll cover it in paper.

I don't sell anywhere, I usually give my stuff away.  I love etsy tho!

I'm going to have to check out ya'lls sites.

I don't sell on Etsy yet (it's on my list of things to do) but I do have a website where I sell handcrafted personalized Christmas Ornaments and jewelry made from polymer clay. It's in the link below.

My ETSY shop is up, now I need to fill it with stuff!  Seems everytime I get one thing done another 5 pop up to be done.  I will sell my aprons and some old fashioned bonnets (soon as I get them made) on it.  the name is justlikenannies.
