Yogurt Dill Dip

1/2 c. non-fat plain yogurt

2 tsp. Dijon mustard

2 tsp. fresh dill (or more if you like!)

1 shallot (I use minced onion of any type)

Mix all together in bowl until well blended.

You should put in fridge for a few hours to let the flavors meld, but I've been known not to!

Remember, there are no mistakes, only lessons. Love yourself, trust your choices, and everything is possible. ~ Cherie Carter-Scott

Yum!  Will have to try this as soon as the dill matures!
