WHOLE WHEAT BANANA BREAD IN THE CROCK POT

2/3 c margarine or butter          1 c. sugar

2 eggs                                       1 c. mashed banana(2-3 bananas)

1c. whole wheat flour                 1 c. all-purp flour

1/4 c. wheat germ                     1 1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt                                1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

grease and flour insde of bread n'cake bake pan

cream margarine with electric mixer.  blend in sugar.  add eggs and mashed bananas.

beat until smooth. 

in small bowl, combine the flours, wheat germ, baking soda, and salt.  add to the creamed mixture.  pour into prepared bread n cake bake pan.  place lid on pan.  put bread n' cake bake pan in crock pot.  cover crock pot .  cook on high for 3-4 hrs.  check after 3 hours for doneness.  Bread is done when it is pulling away from sides of pan. 

when done, remove the pan from the crock pot.  let cool and invert on plate and invert again to serve.
