Spinach Balls

2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (10 ounces each)
6 eggs, beaten
1 large onion finely chopped
3/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. ground thyme
1 Tbsp Accent (Dede's note – is MSG, can skip)
2 cups Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Cook spinach according to package direstions and drain VERY well (press water out w/fork or wring in tea towel).
Combine all ingredients and mold into small balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Can also mold larger balls and use as a side dish at dinner.
