This is a better recipe than the other one I posted. 

Raspberry Pepper Jelly

1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

3 cups sugar

3/4 cup cider vinegar

1 pouch liquid pectin

1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper

1/4 cup finely chopped jalapeno peppers ( I used 5 small ones)

I left in some of the seeds for some heat.

Place the raspberries, green pepper, jalapenos, sugar and vinegar in saucepan. 

Bring to a boil.  Boil 1 min. 

Remove from heat and let cool 5 min.

Stir in the pectin.

Strain the mixture if you dont want the seeds and chopped peppers.  I did not do this. 

Pour into hot jars and process in water bath 10 min. 

It made 10 of those tiny jars. 

This is good.  It is solid and not as gooey as the pepper jelly bec the raspberries melt in the mixture.  A bright red and great on cream cheese.
