1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 c whipping cream

6 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 can pie cherries, packed in water (not cherry pie filling!)

1/4 c chopped nuts

graham cracker crust

Drain pie cherries, rinse and pat dry.  Pour sweetened condensed milk and whipping cream into a bowl, and stir just to mix (don't beat!).  Stir in the lemon juice.  Add nuts and cherries and pour into graham cracker crust.  Refrigerate 6 hours.

This is a great pie in the summer if you want pie but you don't want to turn on the oven and make the house all hot!

Yes they do!  I think it's the lemon juice that thickens it up.  And make sure the cherries are pretty well dried off.  If they are too wet, it doesn't thicken up as much.

Hahaha  It's super easy.  It only takes about 10 minutes to put together, and it's SOOOOO yummy!
