Hamburger Stroganoff

1 pound ground beef

1 med. onion, chopped (which is 1/2 cup)

1/4 cup butter

2 TBSP. flour

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. garlic salt or one clove of garlic, minced

1/4 tsp. pepper

1 can (8 oz.) mushroom pieces and stems/drained

1 can (101/2 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream

2 cups hot noodles

snipped parsely

Brown onion, beef. Drain excess grease. Add all other ingredients. Serve over hot cooked noodles. Sprinkle with parsely (optional).
