Easy Cheesy Scallop Potatoes

Wash and microwave 4 large baking potatoes till done. Peel and cube into a baking dish.

Mix:

1 can cream mushroom soup

1 can (the mushroom soup can) of milk

1/2 block of velveeta cheese

Heat in microwave until cheese is melted. Mix and pour over potatoes.

Sprinkle with shredded cheddar and bake at 350 till che cheese is melted.
