Just came across this recipe and think its whats for supper!

Chipotle Chicken Salad

Salad:
Romaine lettuce
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked & chopped
Tomatoes, chopped
Avocado, diced
Red onion, sliced
black beans (1 can) rinsed and drained
corn (1 can) drained

Dressing:
2/3 c. sour cream
1/3 c. cilantro, chopped
1 tbs. chipotle chili canned in adobo sauce
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
juice from one lime

Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!

Just as remarkable, I have all the ingredients, including the lime — except the avocado which turned brown before I used it.

My lime bush in the back yard has one little lime on it just waiting for this recipe!
