Pop 5 -6 quarts of popcorn. 

Boil 5 minutes;  2 C. Brown Sugar, 2 Sticks of Oleo, 1/2 C.  White Corn Syrup

Remove from stove and add 1 t. Vanilla, 1 t. Salt, 1 t. Baking Soda

Blend and pour over popped corn.  Mix well – place on two cookie sheets.   Bake @ 250 degrees for 40 minutes.  Spread on Wax paper to let cool.

Yum!  That sounds delicious!

Dumb question here: can you use microwave popcorn for this?  Would assume that unsalted, unflavored would be best…

Too be honest, I use air popped corn.  I've never tried microwave popcorn for this.

Thanks.  Hmmm.  Went back and added the "WV."  Again.  Don't know where it went after putting in the profile to start with!  Oh, well.  What do they say about having to be smarter than the machine?
