We love this jam, sometime I can't get any blackberries and I just add another cup of strawberries.

Bumbleberry Jam

 1½ c crushed strawberries
1 c lightly crushed blueberries
1 c lightly crushed blackberries
½ c raspberries
1 c finely chopped rhubarb
2 tbsp lemon juice
4½ c granulated sugar
1 pouch liquid pectin

In a large, heavy saucepan or Dutch oven, combine strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, rhubarb and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally; boil for 5 minutes. Add sugar, 1 cup at a time, bringing back to full boil after each addition. Boil hard for 3 minutes; stir in liquid pectin and boil for 1 minute longer. Pour into sterilized jars, seal and process in boiling water bath for 5 minutes.

Sometimes,I live in my own little world, but it's okay because they know me here.

This sounds wonderful.  Always looking for a new fruit jam recipe.  Do you always use fresh fruit?  How many jars will this make?

You can use frozen fruit, just be sure to get the loose, frozen whole fruit and thaw first. This will make about 4-5 pints.

My Kroger in Mesquite acts like they have never heard of it.  There is another Kroger in Mesquite not too far – I will check them.  I will be up in Lewisville Sunday off 35 and I think there is one off Hebron Parkway -

There is also one on Main Street in Flower Mound…I think the one you are talking about is our new one…I'd call around first.  Central Market or Market Street should also have rhubarb.  I see it everywhere.
