This recipe has been doubled.  If you want less, cut in half.

Broccoli Casserole

2 cups mayonnaise

3 heads or so fresh broccoli, lightly steamed and chopped (tree part mainly)

2 cans cream of mushroom soup

4 eggs, well beaten

2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Pepperidge Farm Cheddar Fish Crackers, crushed

Cook broccoli and chop.  Heat mayonnaise, soup and cheese together (stirring constantly until cheese melts).  Add a bit of this mixture to beaten eggs – incorporating more until mixture and eggs are together.  (If you add eggs to the hot mixture, you'll get scrambled eggs.)  Pour over broccoli and mix together.  Place in greased 3 quart casserole.  Melt some butter and mix with the crackers.  Crumble this over the top.  Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
