your chicken salad sounds great,heres mine a little like yours

      2 cooked chicken breast cut up

      2 cups white seedless grapes cut in half

       1 cup of slivered almonds

        1 can of drained chunk pineapple

        1&1/4 teaspoons of curry podwer more if you like

         salt to taste

         1/2 cup of miracle whip more or less depending if you like it dry or wet I like it just like this

           mix ,serve it on a bed of lettuce with crackers
