Take two cans of refried beans  – your fav brand. Mash them in a bowl, to flatten any whole beans in there. Add a little bit of water or milk..not too much ..just about 1/4 cup. Add a large tablespoon of plain yogurt (or sour cream) and Queso cheese in the jar (amt. to your liking). Add some onion powder and garlic powder, pepper. Put in a heated skillet and heat until hot and bubbly.

Put some large flour tortillas on a plate – add a tsp. or so of water and cover with plastic wrap and heat in microwave on high for about a minute or minute and ten seconds – until hot and soft. Serve.

You can have lettuce cut up, salsa to put in …Jalepeno's…anything you like to add to YOUR burrito – you can even have rice made up…to add in and fold in the burrito. But, it's easy and simple.

If you have leftovers…just take the cold bean mixture and fill a burrito yourself – roll that up and heat in the microwave..I heat two fat ones for just under 3 minutes…being as they are cold inside, it takes about that long. But, these are easy and fast to do. Make any modifications to YOUR liking.
