I do BBQ. Place pork butt in crock-pot with chopped onions and some garlic you can add green/red pepper if you like, also some chopped jalapenos if you want a little heat, and about 1/2 – 3/4 cup water or broth. Before serving shred the pork and add your favorite BBQ Sauce, we like "Sweet Baby Ray's". Serve on bread or buns or as your meat dish along with salad and vegetables.
