morning suzanne, your bread looks wonderful. living in florida i find i have to adjust the amount of yeast i use. the humidity plays a huge roll in how things turn out. today i will try to make the bread, as today we have a cold front swooping down and our temp will only be 84. happy to see your votes are climbing. i know you are going to get this but everyone please vote. have a good monday :woof: :woof:

PRECIOUS..I used to feed a neighborhood cat like that…I called him Morris. Yesterday, something caught my eye and it was a cat walking along our back porch…we have a privacy fence..but that is the second cat to come visit!!

The Slanted Little House

"It was a cold wintry day when I brought my children to live in rural West Virginia. The farmhouse was one hundred years old, there was already snow on the ground, and the heat was sparse-—as was the insulation. The floors weren’t even, either. My then-twelve-year-old son walked in the door and said, “You’ve brought us to this slanted little house to die." Keep reading our story....

"First it's glowing, then it's snowing! A pause, then screaming squalls and williwaws. Bright but bitter, then a thaw. Yet again it's cold and storming: What ever happened to global warming?"
