We are extremely dry to the point that the county next to us has already declared an agricultural emergency. Cattle markets are being flooded as farmers run out of water and pasture. There will be NO hay crop this year, and without rain soon, no grain crops either. It's getting very desperate up here. That can get very cold..... So now we are waiting for summer, given up on spring, and see what that will bring us. Another week it looks like until we see sun. I know it isn't helping the drought. We either need lots of rain or some sunshine once in awhile.
