You can still file a DMCA complaint with blogger to get at least the content stolen from your blog removed. I'm in the middle of that process with regards to my stolen content. Annoying, but unfortunately with my content at least I am finding she didn't just post it on her blog, she submitted it to other sites as well. So closing down the blog isn't sufficient to remove the content (and its association with her) from the web. She is still at it, by the way.
