I was sick recently and the 3 days I decided I simply could not go to work and teach my class were miserable. I literally got up, wrote my plans for the sub and cried because I felt so awful! This is the flu bug my husband gave me for valentines day. He's had it a week and still coughing but going to work. I haven't had the flu like this since before I had kids and my oldest is going to be 24 soon. My sympathies to everyone who has it. Oh and I'm glad I checked yesterday's blog for that asparagus recipe. Normally I just steam it and add olive oil but that does sound tastier. I never left my bed yesterday.
