Both my daughters had their cars considered totaled - the first was just a minor bump to the next car (from an exboyfriend who was driving) but those darn airbags went off and obviously the car wasn't anywhere near that expensive. The other car was hit pretty hard and apparently it bent the whole frame. It is really shocking that repairs cost so much to consider them unfixable.
