    Aaagghhh! I can see why!

I have no head for heights, so that is not something I would ever attempt to do.

The trouble is, we all think we’re invincible and immortal when we are that young.

It’s times like this that a Mom prays A LOT. You gotta remember you raised her to be fearless. Maybe not this much though. I get dizzy just looking at a ladder, never mind climbing one. I am always in awe of people who can climb anywhere. Have a great day and  to all.

The Slanted Little House

"It was a cold wintry day when I brought my children to live in rural West Virginia. The farmhouse was one hundred years old, there was already snow on the ground, and the heat was sparse-—as was the insulation. The floors weren’t even, either. My then-twelve-year-old son walked in the door and said, “You’ve brought us to this slanted little house to die." Keep reading our story....

Old Farmer\'s Almanac

March 2010
"Lamb-y, then whammy! Get some tickets to Miami! Snow is easing, but we're still freezing. It may be spring by the astronomer, but not by the thermometer. Mighty fine, then leonine."
