Falls near the Gauley Bridge.
There was a mouse in the house yesterday. The strange thing was, I didn’t care. I didn’t scream. I didn’t do anything but pick my feet up when it ran under my desk.
Perhaps I have lived in the country too long.
Or perhaps it was the four cats who ran under my feet after the mouse.
That mouse was so not my problem.
Hey, I got a couple extra copies of the U.K. release of The Beast Within! Tell me you want it, and I’ll pick two winners on Monday!

What a beautiful scene. I would love to live near that place. I enjoy being around water. It is such a peaceful thing for me. No matter how stressed I am, water soothes me in just a few minutes. I just won The Beast Within, so give someone else a shot at it. I really liked it, so whoever wins is in for a treat. It was very country cool that you didn’t lose it with the mouse and the cats. The cats are earning their keep. How neat is that!
Have a great week-end and hugs to all.

The cats chasing the mouse like that makes it so not your problem, you knew it was well taken care of.
The picture is so peaceful looking, and you are lucky to be living around such scenery. The Beast Within is a great story and was the lead book on your PAX series. Your U.K. release sounds intriguing, I always wonder about other countries releases. Have a great weekend everyone…….

My old roommate was laughing at the antics of my cat a few years ago as he played with his little toy mouse… up until she turned and saw his toy mouse behind her. I can’t recall ever seeing her turn that pale before or since…:rotfl:
And, of course I want your book. Need you ask?

Our cats are in charge of mice in our old house. For that, they get room and board, and flea medicine.
Did I hear “free book”?:D
